The rules

You upload a photo and also capture a live photo by webcam or phone during registration.
Caps, hats and dark glasses are not acceptable. Religious headwear must not cover the face.
Sign on white paper with a black ink pen. Capital letters are not accepted.
Left-hand thumb impression on white paper in black or blue ink.
Handwritten declaration in English, in black ink, not in capitals.

The declaration you copy by hand

I, ______ (Name of the candidate), ______ (Date of Birth) hereby declare that all the information submitted by me in the application form is correct, true and valid. I will present the supporting documents as and when required. The signature, photograph and left-hand thumb impression is of mine.
