The rules
- The form captures a live photo by webcam or phone front camera. You do not upload one.
- Wear non-white clothes, look straight ahead, no cap, mask or spectacles.
- Never photograph a printed or digital photo. Those applications are rejected.
- Sign in running handwriting, not block or capital letters, in black ink on white paper.
- Scan at 100 DPI or more. The signature box is 50 × 20 mm in CEN 03/2026 and 35 × 20 mm in CEN 01/2026.
What a checker cannot see
The box size changes between notices, so check yours. Non-white paper and non-black ink are grounds for rejection.
